The kitchenette in the unit at Grand Sablon Residence was fully equipped with a dishwasher, making it easy to cook and clean up after meals. One day, as I was preparing dinner, I accidentally dropped a plate. To my surprise, the dishwasher not only cleaned it but also put it back together, like a magical puzzle-solving machine. It saved the day, and my dinnerware!
Clogged sink.

Setting just next door to Sablon, many attractions and short walk to bus or metro and the city centre. Warm welcome from host.

I keep coming back to my favorite place in Brussels. The staff were helpful from the start, suggesting great places to eat. It has Wi-Fi, an electric kettle, cookware, and a flat-screen TV. Can't wait to return for Easter!

the view from the room was stunning and the bed was incredibly comfortable. the location was also superb, with many famous chocolatiers located just a stone's throw away. Despite being on the 3rd floor, the apartment was surprisingly quiet, allowing for a peaceful atmosphere even with the windows open. The check-in process, which involved receiving access codes via email instead of traditional keys, was a convenient and innovative touch. 😊.

I absolutely loved the charming decor of the Smartflats Sablon. The hotel had a cozy and welcoming atmosphere, with beautiful furnishings that added a touch of elegance. The common areas were well-maintained and spacious, making it easy for senior people like me to move around comfortably. The hotel was also conveniently located, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities.
I would have appreciated better assistance from the staff during my stay. The children working there seemed a bit inexperienced and could have been more attentive to the needs of senior guests like myself.

The location of the residence is ideal, being very close to the city center and within walking distance of the train station. Additionally, there are numerous tourist attractions in the vicinity, making it a convenient choice for sightseeing. The rooms are modern and well-equipped, providing all the necessary facilities for a comfortable stay.
The customer service leaves much to be desired, with a lack of responsiveness and a dismissive attitude towards guests.

The room was amazing! It had a fully equipped kitchenette with everything we needed, making it easy to prepare meals for the family. The flat-screen TV was a bonus for our kids to enjoy their favorite shows. And the free Wi-Fi was a lifesaver!
Personally, I found the parquet floors a bit slippery. But hey, that's just me.

We loved the convenient location of this hotel. It was close to the city center, Sablon square, and many tourist attractions. Additionally, it was easily accessible from transportation hubs like Gare Centrale and the metro. The spaciousness of the apartment was a pleasant surprise, allowing us to spread out and feel comfortable. The modern design and cozy atmosphere added to the overall positive experience.
No support from the host, had to communicate solely through WhatsApp. This led to a significant waste of time, which was frustrating.
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
